Beads Mine delivers in Italy and abroad, both in UE and extra UE.

Shipping Times

The goods are shipped by  DHL carrier within 24-48 business hours from receipt of the payment of the order. Little shipping delays may occasionally occur in concomitancy with holidays, vacations and promotions involving a heavy cumulation of orders.

Payments received after 6 p.m. are considered received the following working day.

Delivery time for Europe is about 24-48 hours,  for Usa and Canada  about 48-72 hours and for the rest of the world about 3-4 days. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.

Anyway delivery times are indicative and not binding for Beads Mine.

Shipping costs and accessory costs (packaging, stamp-duty if due and so on) will be charged in the order summary under a unique report “ cost refund”.The site program will automatically recognize the country of destination and display the relative expenses in the order summary.

Should you need a different shipping method (for example by post) please do not hesitate to contact us before confirming the order.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the expedition of the goods indicating the traceability code and the procedure to follow to track your package.

For international shipments free shipping is never allowed.

The goods will be carefully and properly packed.

Beads Mine remembers that the shipments outside the European Community are subject to customs duties and charges according to the customs regulations in the country of destination. Any customs duties and charges are at the customer's expenses.
